Practice Areas and Services

Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law with an integrated approach: clarity at every step and measurable results.

Family and Succession Law

Parentage matters, inheritances, separations and divorces, termination of co-ownership arrangements…

We support clients through parentage proceedings, inheritances and estate divisions, as well as separations and divorces, with particular attention to reaching agreements and safeguarding the family’s interests. We step in when it is necessary to accept an inheritance, clarify wills, settle assets or resolve disputes between parties. Our work combines thorough document review and negotiation to achieve stable outcomes; where required, we pursue the appropriate legal actions before the courts. In matters involving the termination of co-ownership, we structure either an agreed or, if necessary, compulsory exit, minimising conflict and ensuring a balanced allocation of liabilities and benefits.

Contracts and Civil Liability

Law of damages, non-contractual liability, road traffic accidents, and claims arising from real estate brokerage.

We provide advice and representation in damages law and contractual disputes. We handle claims arising from road traffic accidents, managing communications with insurers and the assessment of losses, as well as conflicts involving real estate brokerage or other civil and commercial contracts. Our role is to organise the evidence, interpret the true scope of the parties’ obligations, and negotiate effective settlements; where that is not possible, we bring or defend court proceedings on the terms that best protect the client’s interests.

Commercial (Corporate) Law

Capital increases, shareholder disputes and corporate crises, and business succession planning.
We advise companies and entrepreneurs on capital increases, corporate crises and shareholder disputes, and business handover or succession processes. We assess the company’s legal structure, the balance between shareholders and the continuity of the business in order to propose viable, secure solutions. We coordinate the corporate documentation and board/shareholder resolutions and, where appropriate, liaise with notaries and the Commercial Registry. The aim is to preserve the business and reduce conflict, applying criteria that bring together legal and economic considerations.

Immigration, Nationality and Residence Permits

We handle and monitor residence permit applications and renewals, as well as nationality procedures. We explain the requirements, documentation and most common timelines in clear terms, helping to avoid frequent errors that can delay a decision. We assess the suitability of each route (arraigo, family reunification, self-employed or employed residence, among others) and keep the client informed at every administrative milestone through to approval, a reasoned refusal, or the need to lodge an appeal.

Banking Law and Consumer Protection

Unfair contractual terms and complex financial products: IRPH, unit-linked insurance policies, savings plans (PIAS), revolving credit cards…

We represent clients in disputes involving unfair or mis-sold banking terms and products, including IRPH, revolving credit cards, unit-linked policies, PIAS and other complex instruments. We review the contracting process, the genuine transparency of the information provided, and the evolution of payments and interest to assess the viability of a claim. We seek out-of-court solutions where they deliver a clear benefit and, where that is not possible, we bring legal actions to obtain a declaration of nullity, recover sums paid and ensure the agreement is brought into line with the applicable legal framework.

Bank Liability for Digital Fraud Scams

We act in cases involving digital fraud and unauthorised transactions, assessing the bank’s liability for authentication failures, security shortcomings or misleading information. We gather and preserve evidence, reconstruct the sequence of events, and seek the restitution of funds where appropriate. If the bank denies liability, we pursue the claim through the appropriate route, combining technical analysis of the incident with the standards of due care expected of both the bank and the customer.

Tax Litigation Against the Spanish Tax Authority

Capital gains, valuation assessments, and tax relief for foreign-source income.
We represent clients in tax management, audit and collection procedures, and in challenges to assessments relating to capital gains, valuation checks or foreign-source income. We review the legal and factual basis of the authorities’ actions, the correctness of valuation methodologies, and compliance with statutory deadlines and procedural safeguards. We seek the most efficient solution—from administrative tax proceedings to contentious litigation—prioritising the reduction of risks and costs and defending the client’s tax position on solid legal grounds.
